Another way to reconnect with the College
An Alumni Interest Group (AIG) is a College of Charleston alumni group who shares a common experience from their undergraduate days or who is bonded through an interest post-graduation. These groups are just another opportunity for our alumni to identify and communicate with one another and become more connected with their alma mater. Whether for professional networking or just reminiscing, these Alumni Interest Groups are encouraged and supported by the Alumni Association. Upperclassmen are welcome to join!
Alumni Interest Groups
Our athletic teams, students living in residence halls, SAA alumni, Greek fraternities and sororities, alumni interested in business, and those working in the same company are just a few potential interest groups.
Starting an Alumni Interest Group
Requirements
- The group must be affiliated with the College of Charleston.
- A leader must be identified and willing to coordinate the group's contact and activities.
- For more information, contact the Alumni Affairs Office at alumni@cofc.edu.
The Alumni Association will provide:
- Broadcast emails
- Event planning and coordination
- A customized page on the Alumni Association website to share events, photos and provide contact information
